New bugs discovered by atals

Prepare a showcase for Microsoft, so part of the project is directed to Atlas. After some preparation, I found some bugs.

1: registration of page references
2: In FirefoxCodeCannot run properly
3: dragpanle cannot run normally in masterpage.
Others:
4: fileupload cannot be used in updatepanle.
5: some minor issues with cookies

Because toolkit requires some page references, if you dynamically load some usercontrol containing toolkit applications,ProgramAn error occurs.
If this problem is not solved, many practical applications will be affected. Solution: provide at least one function that can dynamically register a reference to the page in the program.

What does not run normally in Firefox is the contraction/display of the panle control collapsiblepanelextender. In addition, it is very strange that this control is normal when expanddirection = "vertical", but if it is scaled down or expanded horizontally, an error occurs -- it cannot be expanded.

The error of dragpanle is a little big.
First, the dragpanle area cannot exceed the page range-This looks normal-but if your page uses masterpage, the problem arises, your drag region cannot exceed the contentplaceholder region of the page. That is to say, you can go to a part of the entire page (masterpage) and cannot go beyond the contentplaceholder region.
In addition, if masterpage is a little more complex, it can be very simple and cannot be dragged-no matter how you drag it, it will automatically return after a mouse is put.
Then, even though you can move the mouse over and return, if you suddenly right-click the mouse during the process, the miracle happens, and the location of the drag is fixed, no response is returned.
