New is not always the best

I don't know whether you accept this idea: "New is not always the best" "New doesn' t always mean better ."

We usually get used to accepting new products, and immediately give up the old ones. We are used to chasing new products. New Products bring us hope for the future, and they inject new things into our boring life, let us feel that we are still living in a forward society, keeping pace with the times, and we are not abandoned by the times.

However, the yearning for feeling and Joy does not mean that the new one must be better than the old one, or that the new one should surpass the old one, we may have to face the reality that new products may be regressing in some ways.

Why? Why does vista not buy it? The iPhone 5 is vulnerable. Must the iPad mini be more powerful than the iPad? We bought projector, and the new lightbulb has a short life.

This is not only true for IT products, but also for other industries. Are new medicines fixed? He may have more side effects. What makes new TVs better? It may be less environmentally friendly and consumes more power. Is your new girlfriend better? Well, you only know this.

It is easy to say that we are very disappointed with the products we have great expectations. Think about it, because we have too high expectations for it. Personally, I am not eager to buy new products. After reading his introduction and advertisement, I will observe the market reflection and comments, especially at work.

How do we grow into an adult? Who has never done anything wrong and is blamed by adults? Who knows 1 + 2 = 3 by nature? We are growing up in errors.

For product managers, product R & D and owners, we care for our products as if we were our children. We tried our best to do our best. At the same time, we are also ready to face the test and judgment of the market. The result is not self-blame, but a more comprehensive improvement in the next product. experience gives us more confidence and smile.
