In earlier versions of Microsoft Office applications, document printing settings and print preview must be performed respectively. In Microsoft Office 2013, the "background View" function is introduced to combine printing and previewing of documents into one. When setting the Print Options, you can preview the final print effect.
(1) After opening a document with word 2013, click File to open a new background view, which automatically displays the content in the "information" view.
(2) switch to the "print" tab, where you can easily set the Print Options. At the same time, you can synchronize the preview to the print effect in the right pane.
(3) in the lower left corner of the Preview pane, a page Jump button is provided to select the page to be previewed. The page zoom control in the lower right corner allows you to freely zoom in or out the preview page, this allows you to preview multiple pages.
(4) After setting the print option and obtaining the desired effect, click print at the top of the left pane to connect to the printer to start printing the document.
