New VirtualHost appears under XAMPP Access Denied

A new virtualhost has been added to XAMPP:

<virtualhost 127.0.0.11:80> documentroot e:/workspacephp/personalsite ServerName 127.0.0.11:80 </VirtualHo st> <directory "E:/workspacephp/personalsite" > Options Indexes followsymlinks allowoverride all Order Allow,deny allow from all </Directory>

Then visit http://127.0.0.11:80, a 403 Forbidden error occurred, Google found that the httpd.conf file has a default configuration,

<directory "D:/xampp/cgi-bin" > allowoverride all Options None Require all denied</directory>

Modify require to all granted.

<directory "D:/xampp/cgi-bin" > allowoverride all Options None Require all granted</directory>

Or add require all granted to the new directory:

<directory "E:/workspacephp/personalsite" > Options Indexes followsymlinks allowoverride all Order allow,de NY Require All granted</directory>
