What did Buddha say? Easy to understand? I tell you that the truth of life discovered by Buddha is very simple, and even simple. The Buddha himself could not believe the truth when he realized it. The book says that after the Buddha realized the truth, he did not want to give it to others, for fear of being laughed at by others. Five words are at the core of the truth learned by the Buddha and the content of preaching in the 49 years:
Don't be confused. If a person is able to do nothing, his heart will become clear and peaceful, and the troubles and pains will follow. As mentioned in Buddhist scriptures, there is only one purpose, for example, to know whether you can breathe yourself, read your mind, read Buddha, worship Buddha, and talk about anything else, is to make people think about it. Our Zen is clear-minded, just think about it. It's also about eating. In the past, it was about eating in a confused way. Now it's about eating in plain text. In the past, it's about sleeping in a sleep manner. Masu said that it is the meaning of hunger to eat and sleep. Don't think that when you become a Buddha, you will be able to see the sky and the fog, and worship by tens of thousands of people, or any other miracle without any margin.
What is Zen? Don't be confused.
In those days, the Buddha turned to the stars under the bodhi tree. What did the Buddha realize? In my opinion, the most important thing is to discover the delusion that masks the Buddha's nature. It is the six reasons why all sentient beings are addicted to ignorance and turn around.
