According to International Herald Tribune, ECMA, the Organization for Standardization that is always friendly to Microsoft, voted in Berlin on December 7, microsoft approved the open-source version of Office open XML proposed by Microsoft as the Organization's standard and will persuade ISO (International Standardization Organization) to accept it as an international logo. Only IBM has voted against the 21 members. Previously, the OpenDocument standards supported by IBM have been supported by ISO.
