NGW Planetary Gear Reducer features and scope of application:
NGW Planetary Gear Reducer is mainly built with solar wheel, planetary wheel, inner gear ring, planetary frame.
In order to evenly distribute the load of the three planetary wheels, a toothed floating mechanism is used, i.e. the sun wheel or planetary frame floats, or both the sun wheel and the planetary frame float simultaneously. The gears in the reducer are straight involute cylindrical gears. With a bit of features:
1, small size, light weight, in the same situation, than the ordinary involute cylindrical gear reducer lighter than 1/2, small volume 1/2~1/3.
2, high transmission efficiency: single-stage planetary gear reducer up to 97%~98%, two-stage planetary gear reducer up to 94%~96%, three-stage planetary gear reducer 91%~94%.
3, the transmission power range is large: can be from less than 1KW to 1300KW, or even larger.
4. Large Transmission range: i=2.8~2000
