Nine menus of router port ing settings

There are many problems with router port ing on the network. For vrouters of various models, I have a question and answer topic below. I hope to cover all questions about using vro port ing. Please leave a message to add.

First, find the router address and the Intranet IP address of the user's computer. The hidden address of the TP-Link R460 router is 192.168.1.1. Open IE and enter the router address in the address bar, for example, 192.168.1.1 (implicit), ENTER, and fill in the login name and password in the pop-up logon window. The hidden login name and password of R460 are both admin in lower case, then, click "OK" and enter the correct login name and password. IE will go to the R460 WEB page and display "multi-function broadband SOHO Router" in the middle of the screen. On the left-side menu bar, there are:

◆ "Forwarding rules"

◆ "Product features"

Select nine menus. click "forwarding rules" to go to the forwarding Rules Page. Click "virtual server" to go to the "virtual server" setting page and find two blank protocols, such as ID4 and ID5, enter the two router port ing information required by EMULE.

◆ Fill in the TCP port used by EMULE (here, the Hidden Port of EMULE is 4662. Of course, you can change it to another vro port ing, but it must be consistent with the setting in EMULE)

◆ Fill in the last section of your intranet IP address. For example, if your intranet IP address is 192.168.1.2, enter 2 here.

◆ Tick to enable service router port ing)

◆ Fill in the UDP port used by EMULE (here, the implied port of EMULE is 4672. Of course, you can replace it with another port, but it must be consistent with the setting in EMULE)

◆ Fill in the last section of your intranet IP address. For example, if your intranet IP address is 192.168.1.2, enter 2 here.

◆ Tick, enable the Service, click "save" at 7, save the filled settings, and restart the vro. The router port ing is complete.
