Niutrans diary 1

These days I have built the niutrans System of the natural language laboratory of Northeastern University and run the phrase system as an example. I wrote this diary mainly to remind myself of the problems encountered here.

Environment: I have run both Windows and Linux in the phrase system. The effect is better than that in Linux. There are always some unknown bugs in windows. At the same time, in Windows, cygwin and Perl have to be installed, and cygwin's running memory is too small. Therefore, an error may occur, so it is better to run it directly in the DOS environment (it is very troublesome to input commands in the DOS environment, A few lines must be left blank before and after each command ). PS: this is why I switched to the Linux environment. (Perl in Linux environment does not have to be installed)

Question 1: When Giza ++ is used in windows, "cannot open include file: 'tr1/unordered_map '": no such file or directory is displayed, this problem has not been solved yet. It is estimated that the library file is missing, but there are also batch processing tools on the Internet that integrate Giza ++ into windows.

Problem 2: When running in Ubuntu to the last step, that is, the script mteval-v13a.pl depends on the XML: parser package, so the following error occurs when you need to install it.

There is no expat. h file.

Later I checked on the internet, directly install the libexpat1-dev, directly input apt-Get install libexpat1-dev can be compiled through.
