No element found solution (Android)

Just getting started with Android, after everything is ready, click to run it:

Depressed. I have been searching for it online for a long time. Some say that Res/main is directly running. the results after XML, as they said, Delete Main. out. I still cannot run XML again, so I had to go online and try my best to find it,

[Resolution Method]   1) divide main. xml. Out 2) Eclipse/project/clean The key is step 1, which requires a clear focus !!!!
