1 Create a new computer user for FTP login.
Operation:
Start → management tools → Computer Management → Local Users and groups → users, create a new computer user, set the user name and password, for example: Nenkea NKSCL
2 under the Web site folder, give all permissions to the new user.
Action: In IIS, select the FTP site you want to add, right-click to select Edit permissions, in the Properties dialog box, switch to the "security" option, add the newly created FTP user, click "OK" to complete the Add.
3 Set up FTP settings for the Web site.
Operation:
3-1 in IIS, select the FTP site that you want to add, right-click to select "Add FTP", then set to refresh the page as prompted, as shown in the figure.
3-2 in the case of site selection, select the intermediate ftp→ftp directory to browse, set as shown in the figure

4 FTP client settings considerations.
FTP Client IP Please fill in the website domain name, for example www.website.com;
FTP Login user name please fill in the website domain name | User name, for example Www.website.com|nenkea;
FTP Login Password Please fill in the user name password, such as NKSCL.
FTP client use PASV mode connection.
