But the last step on my side is no refresh button is a download All button thought provisioning profile and certificate were given to me by someone else, so I didn't use this method.

Go directly to the ~/library/mobiledevice/provisioning Profiles folder to delete the problematic Provisioning profile and then re-import it ok.
