No provisioned IOS device is connected error resolution

1. Insert ipod, eject "This device is no longer connected." The warning message box is as follows:

Solution: There is a problem with the device connection, mine is the line has a problem, I changed the root line on the normal.

2. Insert the ipod and eject "could not receive a message from the device." The warning message box is as follows:

WORKAROUND: The data on the network is said to reboot the device, but I reboot the warning box still eject. The problem was solved after we changed the root line.
