Note in the name of Private member variables in JavaBean

Source: Internet
Author: User

In JavaBean, do not contain variable names with the same name but different cases, especially the first letter. Otherwise, a fatal error may occur during generate getters and setters.

Because in the automatically generated getters & setters, eclipse converts the first letter of the variable to uppercase. If both the name variable and the name variable appear, the automatically generated method will conflict.

For example, if we define two private member variables: Name and name, generate getters and setters, the following will happen:

Public class person {private string name; Public String getname () {return name;} public void setname (string name) {This. name = Name;} Public String getname () {return name;} public void setname (string name) {name = Name ;}}
