We suggest reminding you to pay attention to some questions during future interviews at the company (especially multinational companies.

1. Be sure to keep your image clean during the interview. You must not wear shorts and slippers. Do not wear dandruff and have no smell on your body. In particular, you must change your clothes and take a bath during your internship in the future. Otherwise, the company staff will not want to approach you and may want you to leave early. After all, the company is different from the school and cannot be too casual.

This kind of mentality is required. Leave people here, and leave people here! This company does not want me. There are other companies waiting for me. What do I fear! You select me. I want to select you again! If you are nervous during the interview, but you cannot express it in a short time, it will be useless. Special attention should be paid to female students in particular. Do not be nervous or apologize. (especially outside China, you must be humble during the interview. You should answer every question or say I know something.) Do not be shy! Do not say something like "My English is poor" to the interviewer that may not write programs as well as to my male students. If you don't do it yourself, you can even admit it to yourself, what else can I say.

3. Confident! In this way, a company like me doesn't want anyone like me? So many people submit their resumes, and the company has asked me to come for an interview, indicating that I am very interested. I have decided to ask for my job. I just want to know what kind of work I am suitable for in the company, so I want to explain my situation to others.

4. Never be late during the interview! You should arrive at least 15 minutes in advance, especially during the peak hours from to in the morning. You must check the transportation routes in advance. In fact, it is very easy to find such an opportunity. The interviewer stops and doesn't wait where it is. It is just a good time for you to seize the opportunity. However, you can't go too far. It's just a matter of looking at the interviewer's response.

6. If necessary, you can bring a USB flash drive and put your previous project documents, code, and programs in it. Ask the interviewer if you have time to see what I did before. However, note that if such information has some commercial software or confidential information, it cannot be viewed by the interviewer. Otherwise, you will be able to disclose the company's information to us at will.

7. Check the website to learn about the company and the technologies that may be used in advance. You need to prepare such questions, why do you think of my company as an intern, and you know what the company is doing. The answer should be natural. For example, if you want to come to the company, the following answer is natural: I am particularly interested in banking software, but unfortunately I have never had such an opportunity. Although I have no experience in mainframe software development, I have previously developed some projects and are familiar with database application software development. I have accumulated a lot of experience. I just want to give me some time, I am confident that I will enter the role soon. I think everyone will come to this famous company, and I am no exception. In this case, everyone feels comfortable.
