1. for Ubuntu network settings:

1) configuration file:/etc/Network/interface

Auto eth0

Iface eth0 Inet static (static) or dynamic settings (iface eth0 Inet DHCP)

Address XXX. XXX

Netmask

Gateway

You can also add wireless network card settings in the configuration file:

Auto wlan0

Iface wlan0 Inet DHCP

WPA-CONF/etc/wpa_config.conf (wpa_config.conf is created using wpa_passphrase TP-LINK 123456>/etc/wpa_config.conf, where tplink needs to replace SSID, 123456 with wireless network password)

2) DNS configuration file: the first line of/etc/resolv. conf is the master server, followed by the backup server.

3) Restart After configuration:/etc/init. d/networking restart
