There are several notes for development in version 1 (in my personal summary, it does not represent the official version)
1. vc6 must be in English version, and SP6 can be patched in English.
2. Use a lower version of Perl.
3. the SDK must be installed in C:
4. Set epocptah in the Environment Variable
5. Install the VC and patch before installing the SDK.
