What do you mean by this NTFS-formatted partition?

First of all, what is Ntfs:ntfs? is a new hard drive format that is Windows NT and after Windows 2000, Windows XP, Windows Server 2003, Windows Server 2008, Windows Standard file systems for Vista and Windows 7.

  NTFS How do I convert?

  1. You can use WinXP's own command

Click on "Start" → "Run", enter "CMD" and return to open the Command Prompt window. At the command prompt, type convert f:/fs:ntfs/v, enter, where "F:" is the partition to which you want to convert the file system, and parameter "V" indicates that the details are displayed at the time of conversion, and you can not use this parameter. When you restart your computer, WinXP automatically converts the F: Disk to the NTFS file system (which displays the relevant process before entering the system) before entering the system.

  2. Using PartitionMagic (Division magician)

Install and run PartitionMagic, right-click the partition (such as F:) in the main window where you want to convert the file system, select Convert from the shortcut menu that pops up, and then select NTFS in File system, and click the OK button. If there is an open file in the partition you want to manipulate, a warning window pops up, the file is closed, the computer is restarted, and the conversion is done automatically before you enter the system, as well as the relevant information. (In the process of this conversion, also pay attention to ensure constant power, so as to avoid system crashes.) )
