How do you correctly display the most standard style for the value of the currency that you want to display in Excel? See the introduction of this article--
1, select the cell that contains the number you want to display with the currency symbol.
2, on the Start tab, click the dialog Box Launcher next to number.
3, in the Category box, click Currency or Accounting private.
4, in the Currency symbol box, click the currency symbol that you want.
Note If you want to display a currency value that does not have a currency symbol, you can click None.
5, in the Decimal places box, enter the number of decimal places to display.
6, in the Negative number box, select the display style for negative numbers.
Note The negative numbers box is not available for the accounting private number format.
Tips
• The number in the selected active cell on the worksheet appears in the sample box so that you can preview the selected number formatting options.
• To quickly display a number with the default currency symbol, select a cell or range of cells, and then click Fiscal Number format in the number group on the Start tab . To use a different currency, click the arrow next to Fiscal number format, and then click the currency that you want.
• To change the default currency symbols for Microsoft Office Excel and other Microsoft Office programs, you can change the default regional currency settings in Control Panel. Note that although the "fiscal number format" button image does not change, the selected currency symbol is applied when you click the button.
• To reset the number format, click General in the Categories box (Format Cells dialog box) or the Number format box (the number group on the Start tab). Cells formatted with the general format do not have a specific number format.
