[O & M Notes] centos installation enhancements in virtualbox

If centos is installed in virtualbox and you want to install the enhancement function, the system prompts:

Building the main guest additions module failed

So I tried the following two steps:

(1)Yum install GCC kernel-devel kernel-headers

(2)Yum update Kernel

When Autorun. Sh in the enhancement package is re-run, an error is prompted:

The missing package can be probably installed
Yum install kernel-devel-2.6.18-308.16.1.el5.i686

Then run the following command again:

Yum install kernel-devel-2.6.18-308.16.1.el5.i686

Run Autorun. Sh again. The operation is successful. After centos is restarted, the enhancement takes effect.
