Oaf calling JavaScript new open window

In the OAF framework, the Oracle standard itself does not recommend JS, but it still provides the appropriate method.

Note: Do not use Setforwardurl to jump after calling JS, otherwise JS will not take effect.

is due to Setforwardurl after the PageContext context has changed, resulting in JS failure.
