Obtains the screen width and height of a mobile phone.

The displaymetrics object of Android. util records some common information, including the display information, size, dimension, and font. The widthpixels and heightpixels fields in the displaymetrics object are integers. Displaymetrics can be used to obtain the width and height of the screen.
