2.1 Open Outlook 2013 and click "Next"

2.2 Click "Yes" and the next step

2.3 Select "Manual settings or other server types" and the next step

2.4 Select "Pop or IMAP" and the next step

2.5 Enter user information, server information (account type select IMAP) and login information, click "Other Settings" (Note that the global version and the Chinese version of the server address is different, this environment uses the global version of Office365)

China version Office365 mail server address: partner.outlook.cn

2.6 On the "Send Server" page, tick "My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication"

2.7 Enter the IMAP port on the "Advanced" page: 993 connection Type: SSL, SMTP port: 587 connection Type: TLS, click "OK"

2.8 Click "Next"

2.9 Wait for the test account setup to complete, click "Close"

2.11 After opening Outlook as below, click "File" in the upper left corner

2.12 Confirm account information is IMAP/SMTP mode, now you can use Outlook and mail send and receive normally
