1. First determine that the computer on which the printer is located has already shared the printer. (Control Panel-Printers and Faxes-printers right click on Share, select).
2. Select "Set up home or small office network" in other computer's network Places to go to the Networking Setup Wizard, until the next step, you can see Set up the computer workgroup name, default to "Mshome" to ensure that the printer is the same workgroup name, and then next.
Be sure to select "Enable File and Printer Sharing" and always click Next to complete the wizard.
3. Control Panel-Printers and Faxes-add a printer and go to the Add Printer wizard.
Select "Network printer or a printer connected to another computer", click Next, select "Browse Printer", and then next, automatically search for a workgroup printer.
