2. Download the SDK

2.4. Turn on the Thunder (other download tools have not tried) enter http://dl-ssl.google.com/android/repository/to download the file name, you can download.
Like the android-3.0_r01-linux.zip here.
Then enter: Http://dl-ssl.google.com/android/repository/android-3.0_r01-linux.zip.
Download the other files in 2.5.XML ibid.: Find the file name and http://dl-ssl.google.com/android/repository/the file name to download
3. Download Google API
3.1. Enter Http://dl-ssl.google.com/android/repository/addons_list.xml in the browser
3.2. Find Google Api:https://dl-ssl.google.com/android/repository/addon.xml
3.3. Download the required files by referring to the above 2.2~2.5 method
4. Get SDK Manager to install the files downloaded above
4.1. Double-click Open SDK Manager.exe then find a file in available packages that you want to download and install, and then tap install Selected
Button.
4.2. A temp folder is generated under Android-sdk-windows (the directory where the SDK Manager.exe is located), which can be canceled by clicking the Cancel button

4.3. Place the SDK and other files downloaded by thunder into the temp directory.
4.4. Close and reopen the SDK Manager.exe and then also tick the available packages to install the SDK that you just placed in the temp directory and
Google API, then click the Install Selected button again. At this point, the SDK Manager does not download the network and directly unzip the installation Temp folder

4.5. For Tools_rxx-windows.zip (xx version number) files can be extracted directly into the SDK directory under the Tools folder to overwrite.
