Step 1. Find the device and printer]

The following uses Samsung SCX-4x28 Series PCL 6 as an example.

Click Start in the lower left corner of the computer and select devices and printers ].

 

 

Step 2. Find the printer icon and select view what is being printed ].

Find the printer icon for Samsung SCX-4x28 Series PCL 6, right-click it, and choose view what is printing now ].

 

 

Step 3. Cancel the [use printer offline] Check.

Select "Printer", and then cancel the "use printer offline" check.

 

 

 

 

After completing the preceding operations, the printer status will be restored.
