On the computer, how does EXCEL change the user name ?, Excel user name

The user name in EXCEL is displayed in document attributes or comments. How can I change the user name? Editor to show you

Open any workbook, as shown in

Right-click any cell (pointed by the red arrow in the figure) and click "insert annotation" in the pop-up menu (pointed by the blue arrow in the figure)

The pop-up comment box is "user 1" (in the red box in the figure). This is the current user name of the software and is changed in the following way.

Click "Office" in the upper left corner with the left mouse button (as indicated by the red arrow in the figure)

In the displayed dialog box, click "Excel option" (the red arrow in the figure indicates)

In the "common" option bar (red box in the figure), you can see that the current user name is "user 1" (blue box in the figure)

Change the username "Baidu user" as an example (Green Box in the figure) and click "OK" (the red arrow in the figure indicates)
