First, I made three steps to eclipse and Android-SDK-Windows. This version is crazy. When you create a new project, the system prompts SDK version 12.0. You must upgrade it to version 20.0 to create a new project.

 

Open SDK manager. After loading, it stops at the same place. Not Automatically upgraded. Installation is not allowed. Only Delete can be selected .. Of course, this is not the option.

Then, an HTTPS error is always returned. Reason: Peer not authenticated

Focus on this sentence. It means that HTTPS is not good in China and it should be okay outside China. Select Options in tools in SDK manager and check the force HTTPS option. (Checkbox = true)

Re-open the SDK manager to upgrade the SDK ..
