June 2008, I participated in the "Party School teaching and Educational Administration system" project construction, as a project manager position.

This is a set of educational work automation and information technology as one of the advanced computer network system, will be the party school administration departments to provide quality, stable information services. The project as the provincial Party school in the province to promote the application of the administration of educational management key project, received the provincial Committee and school leadership of high priority. As the project manager of the construction project, I use the theory knowledge of project management and the specific requirements of the CMMI3 project management process domain in the overall management of projects, adopt the targeted measures, pay attention to maintain active and effective communication with project stakeholders, strengthen the project planning, Project plan implementation, Project integrated change control, such as the overall management process, through these effective methods and measures to balance the interests of the parties, so that the project implementation of smooth progress, to ensure the project's duration, cost and quality, by the user side of the high evaluation.

I. Overview of the Project

With the enlargement of the teaching scale of the party school and the change of teaching mode, these changes make the task of teaching educational administration more and more heavy, not only increased the workload, but also increased the difficulty of work. These fundamental changes at the same time also put forward higher requirements for the school's Educational administration, in order to adapt to these changes, improve the efficiency of teaching educational administration, establish a complete unified, technologically advanced, efficient and stable, safe and reliable based on internet/ The Teaching management information system of Intranet becomes an urgent matter.

As the IT core support system of party school, it is required to provide IT support for administration teaching management. Through this system, the school can understand the situation of educational administration and college feedback in real time, which is helpful to improve the level of educational administration.

The contents of this project include school enrollment management, teaching and research planning, educational administration, quality management, teacher assessment and management, and student file management.

Through the party school to open public tenders for the community, I finally took the absolute advantage of the project to obtain the right to construction. The system provides IT support for Administration teaching management in order to support the core system of educational administration of the Party school. The system adopts B/s pattern development and provides Web Access mode. Its object-oriented use includes the provincial Party school and the subordinate branches of the academic staff, teachers and colleges, to provide a variety of comprehensive services. Staff through the system to complete all the daily academic work. From the enrollment to the graduation of the students to leave school, in the school and all the relevant educational data are managed through the educational system.

After the commencement of the project, I was appointed as project manager of the project and overall responsible for the project construction work.

In the Party school leadership of the cordial care, project groups of stakeholders through cooperation and support, I work with all members of the project team, through 10 months of efforts, finally on March 3, 2009 through the system acceptance, the total cost of the project is 633,800 Yuan, than the plan ahead of 12 days to complete the project construction.
