On Win8 computers, how does one cancel the user account password? (535U3C)

1. Press WIN + X on the keyboard to open the advanced management tool and select control panel ].

 

 

2. Select user account in the control panel ].

 

3. Select change my account information in computer settings ].

 

4. Select user on the left and click Change password on the right, as shown in the following figure:

 

5. Enter the current password as prompted and click next ].

 

6. In "new password", "re-enter password", and "password prompt", click "next" without any input ].

 
 

7. When the prompt "next time you log on, use the new password" appears, click "finish" at the bottom to cancel the password.
