Question 1:

After the one-click Restore wizard is installed, users may find that the IE icon on the desktop is missing. What should we do?

Solution:

Step 1: Enter gpedit. msc in the running box and press enter to open the Group Policy.

Step 2: Expand "Local Computer" Policy> User Configuration> management template> desktop, and find the "Hide Internet Explorer icon on the desktop" option on the right.

Step 3: Double-click it, select "enabled", apply it, change the option back to "not configured", and then confirm. restart the computer and you will find that IE is back.

Question 2:

Sometimes, when the wizard backs up the system with one click, a dialog box appears half of the time:

Backup interrupted! Insufficient backup space or partition error! Please open a large space or refer to the help instructions to answer questions 1st for processing and then back up.

Solution:

Press [ENTER] to restart your computer.

Most of these problems are caused by insufficient storage space for hidden partitions used to store backup files. You can use Acronis Disk Director Suite to adjust the size of hidden partitions (this software can be run in windows, compatible with Vista and win7.
