One of the reasons why WebLogic installation is complete and the console cannot be logged on

Case: WebLogic installation is correct. When you enter the console, http: Machine name: 7001/console to enter the WebLogic console. The problem is that you cannot log on no matter how you enter the username or password. It is strange that firewall shutdown is useless, and there is no error message in the console.
