Operation Steps:
1:wir+r key into the DOS window, switch to the Adb.exe file under the path
DOS below the command to enter another disk: "Drive letter:" If you enter the D-disk input "D:" (uppercase lowercase can be);
The switch between the files below the same drive letter can be similar to the operation "CD directory" below Linux
operate the dir command below the DOS environment to list all files under that directory
Similarly to Linux, you can use the TAB key for auto-completion.
2: After entering the directory where the Adb.exe file is located, execute the following two commands:
ADB kill-server
ADB start-server
