Open Excel to appear stdole32.tlb solution

Step one, click the beginning of the lower left corner of the computer, and then select the Run option, in the pop-up window, we enter the Msconfig command, and then return, open the System Configuration Utility, as shown in the figure:

Step two, and then in the pop-up System Configuration Utility interface, we click on the tool button above and locate the UAC settings inside (user Account Control), then click Start below. As shown in the figure:

Step three, then will pop up a running window, and then after the window automatically run out, we restart the computer to solve the problem.

Note: You will need to reboot later, just follow the steps above to start.
