Unit Management

Freecms supports multiple units for simultaneous use, and supports unlimited tree-level management.

1. Add a root unit

from the admin menu on the left, click on Unit management entry.

Click "Add Root Unit"

enter the relevant properties and click "OK".

the results of the operation are displayed below click OK

when prompted " Add units XXX Success " indicates that this unit has been added. You can see it when you refresh the page.

2. editing Units

Select the units you want to edit.

Click "Edit"

enter the relevant properties and click "OK".

the results of the operation are displayed below click OK

when prompted " Modify Units XXX Success " indicates that this unit has been modified.

3. Add a subordinate unit

Click the units you want to add sub-units, such as "root units"

Click "Add Subordinate"

after filling in the relevant properties, click "OK".

Click on the " Determine The operation results are displayed below

when prompted " Add units XXX Success " indicates that this unit has been added. You can see it when you refresh the page.

4. Transfer Units

for user convenience, FREECMS provides an easy way to change the unit structure so that you do not need to remove the rebuild unit when you want to make adjustments to the organization structure.

Select the units that need to change the owning unit, such as "root unit"

Click "Transfer"

Select the location you want to adjust, such as " Freeteam ", click directly.

Note :

1) If you select Set as root unit, this unit becomes the root unit.

2) When you change the owning unit, the unit's sub-units are transferred with this unit.

5. Delete a unit

Deleting a unit feature deletes the specified units and sub-units, which is not recoverable, so be careful.

Select the units you want to delete, such as "root units"

Click the "delete" button

In order to prevent the user from Misoperation, the system will prompt the user to confirm, click "OK" button to complete the delete operation.
