Database Information collection

Starting with the FREECMS 2.1 support

Through simple configuration can crawl target database information, support incremental collection, keyword replacement, timing collection, can collect a variety of information properties, can automatically audit and static information page.

Acquisition Rule Management

Click the Collect rule to enter from the left Management menu.

Adding collection rules

Click the "Add" button below the collection rule list.

Fill in the relevant properties and click the "Save" button.

Acquisition Rule Attribute description

Acquisition rule attributes are divided into basic, set, keyword replacement.

In general, just fill in the relevant properties on the Basic tab to complete. If you need more advanced settings, you can use the following tabs.

The main properties are explained below.

Name: The name of the acquisition rule.

Collect the column: gather the information to add to that column.

Acquisition scheduling: Set the time to perform the collection operation, this setting is very important, only set up a collection scheduling system to perform the acquisition operation.

Database type: Supports Mysql,mssql,oracle.

IP address or server name: The address of the destination database.

Server port: The destination server provides the port for the database service, MySQL defaults to 3306,mssql defaults to 1433,oracle defaults to 1521.

Login account: The user name of the login target database.

Login Password: Login to target database password.

Acquisition database name: The name of the target database.

Acquisition Table name: Set the above properties, the system will automatically connect to the target database, and the name of the table and view extracted from the collection table name Drop-down list, if not extracted data, indicating that the database configuration problem, you need to check the database configuration.

Primary key field name: After setting up the collection table, the system will automatically extract the fields under this table. The primary key field is for the system to determine whether the data has been collected.

Sort Field Name: the sort field to use when querying for data.

Sort type: Query based on sort word Sheng or reverse order.

Where conditional statement: You can add query conditions to filter the extraction content, where you do not need to fill in the Where keyword, the system is automatically added.

Information property fields: You can set the information properties corresponding to the target table in the field, you can set the title, content, summary, click, author, source, add time.

Status: The system will not execute until the acquisition rule is enabled in the state.

Automatic audit through: Set the collected information directly to the approved state.

Use the collection information clicks: The information collected by default is 0 clicks, set this property and content clicks start to end the HTML system will intercept the target information clicks, set to collect the information after the click Amount.

Collection of the maximum number of content: The default is not limited, if set this property, the system will be recorded from the collection of statistics in this collection rules have collected a number of information, if more than the number of collected content, the system will not be collected.

Set the first picture as the title picture: If there is a picture in the information content, extract the first picture as the title, and set the information as picture information.

Clears HTML tags in content: Clears HTML tags from information content, preserving plain text.

Whether to collect when the content is empty: You can set the content to be empty without collecting this information.

Use acquisition information to add time: The default collection of information to add time is the current time, set this property and content to add time to start the end of the HTML system will intercept the target information to add time, set to after the collection of information to add time.

Acquisition information Add time format: The default format is YYYY-MM-DD, if the target page to add time format is different, you need to set this to the correct date format.

Acquisition start time: defaults to the current time, if not to collect the start time, the system will not be collected.

Acquisition End time: The default is never end, if more than the end of the collection time, the system will not be collected.

With the keyword substitution function, you can replace the key words in the collected information with the keywords you want.

Edit Collection Rules

Select the collection rules you want to edit, and then click the Edit button.

Note: You can edit only one collection rule at a time.

Fill in the relevant properties and click the "Save" button.

Acquisition

Select the collection rules you want to collect, and then click the "Collect" button.

Note: At the same time only a collection of rules to collect operations.

Delete Acquisition rule

Select the collection rule you want to delete, and then click the "Delete" button.

Tip: You can delete multiple collection rules at the same time.

In order to prevent misoperation, the system will prompt the user whether to delete, click "OK" to complete the delete operation.

View Capture Records

From the left Management menu click Collect record to enter.

Here you can view all the database capture records, you can delete the specified collection records, but do not delete the collected information data, select the need to delete the collection records, and then click the "Delete" button.

Tip: You can delete multiple capture records at the same time.

In order to prevent misoperation, the system will prompt the user whether to delete, click "OK" to complete the delete operation.
