Workflow Management
Support from freecms?2.2 start
Manage the workflows used in the system, such as the Information approval workflow.
1. Workflow Group Management
From the left side of the admin menu, click Workflow Group Management entry.

2. Join a workflow Group
Click the "Join" button below the workflow group list.

Click "OK" button to fill in the relevant properties.
3. Edit a workflow Group
Select the workflow group that you need to edit, and then click the Edit button.
Note: Only one workflow group can be edited at the same time.

Click "OK" button to fill in the relevant properties.
4. Delete a workflow group
Select the workflow group that you need to delete, and then click the Delete button.
Tip: You can delete multiple workflow groups at the same time.

To prevent accidental operation. The system will prompt the user whether to delete, click "OK" to complete the delete operation.
5. Workflow Management
From the left Side admin menu click Workflow Management to enter.

6. Join a workflow
Click the "Join" button below the workflow list.

Click "OK" button to fill in the relevant properties.
7. Edit Workflow
Select the workflow you need to edit, then click the Edit button.
Note: Only one workflow can be edited at a time.

8. Delete a workflow
Select the workflow that you need to delete. Then click on the "Delete" button.

9. Workflow Step Management
Each workflow is able to set the processing steps.
Select the workflow that you need to edit. Then click on the "Step" button.

10. Join a workflow step
Click the "Join" button below the list of workflow steps.

Click "OK" button to fill in the relevant properties.
11. Editing Workflow Steps
Select the workflow step that you need to edit. Then click on "Edit" button.
Note: Only one workflow step can be edited at a time.

12. Delete a workflow step
Select the workflow step that you need to delete. Then click on the "Delete" button.
