ccbpm the Process Designer and form designer are Silverlight implemented.

Some users and learners have finished installing Ccflow , when you run the process designer, you often get prompted to install Silverlight . Obviously already installed, why will the installation prompt appear?

reason is : Silverlight the IE support and compatibility is best in other browsers, such as Chromr,firefox and other browsers, the support and compatibility is not good. This causes the installation prompt to run when the installation is complete, using a browser other than ie (or the default browser is not ie).

Solution:

First case: include IE all browsers are prompted to install the Silverlight .
