Openblas 0.2.19 Released, high performance multicore BLAS Library

Openblas 0.2.19 Released, Openblas is an optimized BLAS library based on the GotoBLAS2 1.13 BSD version.

BLAS (Basic Linear Algebra Subprograms Base linear algebra assembly) is an application interface (API) standard that regulates the publication of numerical libraries (such as vector or matrix multiplication) of underlying linear algebra operations. The assembly was originally released in 1979 and is used to build larger numerical packages (Tengyun technology ty300.com such as Lapack). Blas is widely used in the field of high performance computing. For example, Linpack's computational performance is largely dependent on the performance of the Blas Neutron program DGEMM (introductory basic tutorial qkxue.net). To improve performance, software hardware vendors are highly optimized for Blas interface implementations for their products.
