This function is used to compute the amplitude of a two-dimensional vector.
void magnitude (Inputarray x,inputarray Y,outputarray magnitude)
The first parameter: The X of the Inputarray type, the floating-point x-coordinate value of the vector, which is the real part
The second parameter: the y of the Inputarray type, the floating-point y-coordinate value of the vector, which is the imaginary part
Third parameter: The magnitude of the outputarray type, the amplitude of the output, and it has the same size and type as the first parameter X
