Openfiler configuring iSCSI iSCSI Targets Cannot add Target IQN

The target IQN cannot be added when creating an iSCSI target, and the Add button is grayed out and cannot be added.

Both LUN mapping,network ACL and CHAP authentication are blank.

What's the problem?

The service is not started and is restarted.
