OpenOffice Error while connecting, unable to connect

The following error is reported:

Java.net.ConnectException:connection Failed:socket,host=localhost,port=8100,tcpnodelay=1: Java.net.ConnectException:Connection Refused:connect

At Com.artofsolving.jodconverter.openoffice.connection.AbstractOpenOfficeConnection.connect ( abstractopenofficeconnection.java:79)
At Test.DocConverter.convertTo (docconverter.java:50)
At Test.DocConverter.main (docconverter.java:65)

Reason: Just change the system, install OpenOffice, have not opened, open found need to enter the user name information, the original is OpenOffice did not start, go to Task Manager to view the process, There is no openoffice.bin process, the user name is opened and then available.
