Vi/etc/nova/nova.conf

In [DEFAULT] Add

Dnsmasq_config_file=/etc/dnsmasq-nova.conf
dns_server=8.8.8.8

Vi/etc/dnsmasq-nova.conf
Add to
Addn-hosts=/etc/dnsmasq/hosts

Mkdir/etc/dnsmasq
Vi/etc/dnsmasq/hosts
Add to
192.168.0.240 download.test.org

Find the DNSMASQ and nova-network processes and kill them.
And then start Nova-network.
/usr/bin/python/usr/bin/nova-network--config-file/etc/nova/nova.conf &

At this time ping download.test.org in the cloud host, point to 192.168.0.240
