OpenStack Platform Functional Testing Tool Tempest installation

The community's testing tools for OpenStack platform functionality are Tempest and performance tested using rally.

1. What is Tempest

├──scenario # Testing common scenarios for OpenStack, including basic boot VMS, Mount Volumn and network configurations, etc.
