1. After the Optical Fiber Fusing splicer is enabled, the screen will not be bright, and the wind shield will be turned on, and the horizontal lighting on the electrode seat will not be bright.
Solution:
1> check whether the power plug-in seat is properly inserted. If not, try again.
2> check whether the power fuse is disconnected. If it is disconnected, replace the backup fuse.
2. The optical fiber can be properly reset. When the gap is set, the screen is dimmed, no optical fiber image is available, and the screen display stops at "set gap ".
Solution:
Check and confirm whether the wind shield is pressed in place or the Reed is in good contact.
3. After the optical fiber melting splitters are enabled, "battery is exhausted" appears at the bottom of the screen and the buzzer does not stop singing.
Solution:
1> this phenomenon generally occurs when battery power is used, you only need to replace the power supply.
2> check and confirm whether the fuse box is tightened.
4. The optical fiber can be reset normally. When the gap is set, the optical fiber appears on the screen but does not stop, and the screen is stopped on the "set gap ".
Solution:
1> press the "reset" key to reset the system.
2> open the wind shield and enable the left and right pressure plates respectively. Perform the following checks in sequence:
3> check for fiber breakage.
4> check whether the optical fiber cutting length is too short.
5> check whether the fiber slot matches the optical fiber. And perform corresponding processing.
5. The optical fiber can be properly reset. When the gap is set, the optical fiber continues to move backward. The screen displays "set gap" and "reinstall the optical fiber ".
Solution:
The reason may be that there is too much dust on the lens of the microscope in the optical system. Use a cotton swab to wipe the horizontal and vertical two-way lens of the eyepiece, observe with the eye without obvious dust, and then try again.
6. The optical fiber can be reset normally. When the gap is set, the "set gap" is displayed. After a period of time, the screen displays "reload the optical fiber ".
Solution:
1> press the "reset" key to reset the system.
2> open the wind shield and enable the left and right pressure plates respectively. Perform the following checks in sequence:
3> check for fiber breakage.
4> check whether the optical fiber cutting length is short.
5> check whether the fiber slot matches the optical fiber. And perform corresponding processing.
7. in the automatic working mode, you can automatically set the gap, perform coarse and fine calibration after pressing the "Automatic" key. However, when the obvious dislocation is observed on the monitoring screen, the connection starts.
Solution:
Check whether there are defects or dust in the image of the optical fiber to be connected. You can use an alcohol-coated cotton ball to re-wipe the optical fiber or re-create the optical fiber end face.
8. Press the "Heating" key, and the heating indicator will soon go off and beep a buzzer.
Solution:
1> the optical fiber splicer automatically checks whether the heater plug is effectively inserted. If it is not inserted or has not been inserted, just insert it.
2> for a long period of continuous heating, the heater will automatically cut off the heating due to heat protection. You can wait for a while before heating.
9. The optical fiber performs automatic calibration on time, and the up and down directions of an optical fiber keep moving, and the screen is displayed as "calibrated ".
Solution:
1> press the "reset" key to reset the system.
2> check whether the optical fiber End Face Location deviation in the Y/Z direction is less than 0.5mm. If the deviation is less than, perform the following operations; otherwise, deliver the result to the factory for repair.
3> check whether the bare fiber is clean. If not, handle it.
4. Clean the dust deposited in the VBR.
5> tap the small indenter with your finger to determine whether the small indenter is compacted into the optical fiber. If not compacted, handle it. You can try again.
