Opticks dependent libraries for download and compilation

Recently downloaded Opticks code compilation, with its own retrieve-dependencies.bat download dependent library, always prompt for missing modules.

Analyzed the cause of the error, according to the command window prompt, manually download the following configuration file:

Download dependent libraries as needed.

Build a directory to store the extracted dependent libraries, the OPTICKSDEPENDENCIES system environment variable configuration value is this directory.

Again this directory to build two folders, the names of 32 and 64,win32 and x64 respectively extracted to these two directories, respectively, the formation of include,lib and bin three Next level directory.

Then open the project Opticks.sln and start compiling.
