Php array definition
=> Is an array member access symbol key named options. The value is array ("min_range" => 0, "max_range" => 256 )...
Filter_var is a filter function. the filter type is specified by the second parameter, and the third parameter specifies the parameters required by the filter.
When there are multiple parameters, the two-dimensional array is used to represent them.
Filter_var ($ var, FILTER_VALIDATE_INT, $ int_options)
FILTER_VALIDATE_INT indicates an integer range filter.
Since the range is used, the lower limit (min_range) and upper limit (max_range) must be given.
