ORA-00031-mark the session to terminate and kill the process at the OS level

Reporting when killing a process
ORA-00031-mark the session to terminate
However, viewing the v $ session view still exists, but the status is changed to killed and is not actually killed.

In this case, we can kill the process from the operating system layer.

Steps:
1. Search for the corresponding spid Based on the paddr field in the v $ session.
Select spid from v $ process a where a. ADDR = 'paddr'

2. log on to the Oracle user of the operating system and find the corresponding process.
Ps-ef | grep spid

3. Kill the found Process
Kill-9 spid

Verify that the process is indeed killed.
