The following issues suddenly occurred when logging on to Oracle:

If you are confused, it may be caused by insufficient space for archiving logs.
Log On As A sysdba User:
Query the space usage of archived logs:

The default size of archived logs is 2 GB.

You can calculate the used space as follows:
Select sum (A. BLOCK_SIZE * A. BLOCKS)/1024/1024
From v $ ARCHIVED_LOG
Where a. DELETED = 'no ';

The visible space is almost exhausted.
You need to clear the archived logs. You must use the rman maintenance control file after deleting the archived logs. Otherwise, the space cannot be released:
