Start searching in metalink, similar to BUG 6883666. It was confirmed that this Bug was not found. It was determined by Oracle developers that it was caused by the patch code bug. In the system, patch: 5165885, the kclexpandlock function will obtain an exclusive latch for KCBBEGINX_MACRO, but the shared macro KCBENDS_MACRO will be used in rare cases. Cause ORA-600.
